On average, 80% of our thoughts are negative. This proportion may be greater or have a significant impact on the day to day for struggling with their mental health. This page is designed to help us go in depth about our negative thinking patterns. How to use: 1) Write down all positive, neutral, and negative thoughts you have in each section. This doesn’t have to be an exact science. 2) Look through the negative thoughts and find a way to reframe them. This part only needs to make sense to you. It’s helpful to create statements you actually believe 3) To reflect, write a letter of advice to yourself. 4) Highlight 5 re-framed thoughts you want to focus on today 5) Consolidate those 5 re-framed thoughts into a few positive affirmations 6) End the exercise with 3 points of gratitude
